Consultation & Report
We will meet in person at the property to walk through and take photos as-is. After the consultation, an advisory report detailing staging suggestions room-by-room is available for purchase.
Occupied Staging
Following the initial consultation, we will stage the home utilizing the owner’s furnishings. the goal is to neutralize the home and encourage buyers to flow through the home in a strategic path. We will stage as many or as few areas of the home as you choose.
Vacant Staging
Following the initial consultation, we will bring furnishings and accessories to the home so buyers are able to see themselves living in the space. We will stage as many or as few areas of the home as you choose.
Due to inventory logistics, we require a 2 week notice for vacant staging projects.
